6D Mouse
In several control systems programming is offered by a 6D mouse. Another innovation is the manual guidance of the robot with a 6D mouse. It is possible to detach the mouse from the teach pendant and attach it to the tool flange of the robot with a magnet. The signals from the mouse to the teach pendant are transmitted with a pluggable cable. After a short and one-time calibration, where mouse and robot coordinates are adjusted, the robot can be led easily with one hand in all degrees of freedom and intuitively to the end coordinates. The robots approval for movement is carried out after the approval switch on the teach pendant is activated. This procedure is necessary for safety related reasons. The working memory takes over the positions conventionally with the teach pendant. The 6D mouse makes it easy to run in, to teach and to operate the axes.
