Robot control
The robot control consists of all components and functions that are necessary to operate, to run, to program and to check the robot.
The robot control overstrains diverse tasks inside the robot cell:
- Control of the movements of the robot
- Influence of process components in the system
- Influence of the supply and feed components
- Control of the gripper functions
- Recording and analysis of sensor signals
- Recording and processing of process information to influence the process
- Diagnosis functions for error detection at the robot or in the process
- Support of the programmer when installing the machining tool
